Meichihko "Micky" Barnard is the managing attorney at Barnard Law, PLLC.  She attended Angelo State University and received a Bachelor's degree in government and psychology. She then attended Texas Tech University and received a Master's degree in Sociology. After Texas Tech, Micky attended St. Mary's Law School and received a JD degree. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2002.

Micky is currently an Adjunct Professor of Sociology at Huston-Tillotson University where she teaches 2 days a week. She is active on the PTA Boards of her children's schools. She loves camping, traveling with her family, trying new restaurants, and participating in community events.
