Meichihko "Micky" Barnard is the managing attorney at Barnard Law, PLLC.  She attended Angelo State University and received a Bachelor's degree in government and pyschology. She then attended Texas Tech University and received a Master's Degree in Sociology. After Texas Tech, Micky went to St. Mary's Law School and received a JD degree. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2002.

Micky is active on the PTA Boards of her children's schools. She loves camping and traveling with her family, trying new restaurants, and participating in community events.
