Donna S. Collins joins Barnard Law as Of Counsel, bringing more than two decades of experience resolving Texas title issues for ranch owners, rural landowners, and families whose property has passed through multiple generations.
With a focused practice in title curative work, mineral title examination, and oil and gas matters, Donna recognized that many Texas families discover title problems only when they need to sell, finance, develop, or transfer land they have owned for years. By that point, what could have been resolved quietly often becomes a barrier to moving forward.
